Herculan’s Project for Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario has bagged Advantage Sport’s much coveted ‘Project of the Month’ Award for November ’08.

The Project, measuring about 27,000 sq. ft., includes games lines for basketball, volleyball, badminton and a running track. Two squash courts that are located at one end of the gymnasium, incorporate Action’s maple in their floors.

Neil Timmins of Herculan, UK, helped the installation process to go smoothly even in difficult conditions. Gerry Lisowski, the Project Manager of ‘Architects for Northern Ontario’, was very pleased with the finished MF7 +2 floor.

Besides, the University was highly impressed with the sleek design and was all praise for the Project. With a lot of structured planning and organizing employed in this Project, it rightly deserves the Award.
